CO-WORKING AND BREWERY

About the Project

This project houses both co-working and incubator offices as well as a restaurant brewery. Located in an old oil transfer station just off the B-line Trail, this design retains some of the original qualities of the building. It also features many level changes in the design. Ultimately, this space will serve as a collaborative space in the day time, and a fun social outing in the evening, blurring the lines between work and play.
