About the Project

The Landscape Chair features several sitting spots for both individuals and couples, as well as a hollow tunnel going through its center. The idea for this design is centered around rolling hills and erosion. The chair allows for multiple people to use it, without encroaching in each other’s spaces, providing more private and intimate use. The mesh skin allows the mass to feel light and airy, while still allowing light to permeate the chair’s cave-like features. Either an outdoor park or a library is the intended environment.
